He is currently focused on cultivating a new type of community structure called the Conscious Change Collective which he details in his upcoming book A Collective Blooming. Joe and I discuss what it means to build and partake in community, the nuances of leadership and power, redefining public/private life, and the importance of fixing ourselves to fix the world.
