#4 Accessible Astrology with Eugenia Krok

This week’s episode is an interview with Eugenia Krok. We sat down in Colorado in late August to talk of cosmos, psyche and the connection between the two. Eugenia has a MA in Art Therapy & Counseling, she is a certified grief counselor and has been a practicing astrologer for the last 10 years.

We discuss the nature of astrology, its relationship to psychological counseling and how both are utilized together to create a more well-rounded understanding of the human mind and the path to healing and happiness. Plus, we discuss how NOT to use astrology and what it really means to do the work.

Eugenia’s book recommendation: The Fountain Head by Ayn Rand

#3 Live from the Apocalypse: A Los Angeles Notebook

This week I bring you a bonus episode inspired by my experience of being evacuated from my home for the past week due to the CA wildfires.I highly recommend going through a mock “end of the world” exercise as I was forced to this week. The insight gained from having to consider losing everything and thinking about the many ways humans are unprepared for any sort of situation where we couldn’t rely on resources… it was highly informative to say the least.

On this episode I share insights about home, security, Venus, what our responsibility is in planning for the future and much more.

Books I read from: Slouching Towards Bethlehem by Joan Didion and The Great Bay by Dale Pendell.

Songs featured: “Lusten” by Dead Man Winter + “Loving the Small Time” by Kara’s Flowers.

#2 Health, Healing & Taking Responsibility with Kylie McBeath

On this episode I interview Kylie McBeath. Kylie is a health coach, emotional expert, podcast host, speaker & writer. She is also the co-founder of Zura Health.

Kylie and my story share many similarities. From getting divorced at a young age to experiencing a dark night of the soul and waking up to the responsibility we have over our own health and the health of our world, Kylie and I cover a lot of ground.

We touch on topics such as grief, the mother wound, childhood trauma, physical & emotional health & the responsibility millennials have in addressing intergenerational trauma.
